The LinkedIn playbook: authority posts without the cringe
By The Growvo Team
LinkedIn distribution is driven by dwell time and early comments. The playbook: write for the scroll-stop, structure for the skim, and show up in the comments for the first hour.
Structures that work
- The lesson post: 1-line hook, 3–5 short lines of story, a takeaway list, a question.
- The contrarian take: name the common advice, say why it fails, give the alternative with proof.
- The build-in-public update: metric, what changed, what you learned — specificity is the credibility.
Formatting rules
Line breaks every 1–2 sentences, 150–300 words, no external link in the body (put it in the first comment). Documents (carousel PDFs) still earn outsized reach for frameworks.
Cadence
Three posts a week, same days, plus 15 minutes of commenting on your niche daily. Comments are the growth loop most people skip.
